Through supportive calls and gentle reminders, we help make everyday life feel a little more manageable and a lot less lonely.
A Body Doubling Session provides a supportive, judgment-free space where we work alongside each other virtually while focusing on our own tasks.
Whether you're tackling chores, paperwork, studying, creative projects, or everyday responsibilities, having someone present can help improve focus, accountability, and productivity.
Sessions include a brief check-in, dedicated work time, and a closing check-out to celebrate progress and set next steps.
Woven Connections was created by Ashlee, whose life has been shaped by a long journey with mental illness and personal trauma. During difficult seasons, she found comfort in knitting and crochet—learning that even a single strand of yarn can create something meaningful, one stitch at a time.
After a major mental health crisis in 2017 brought life changes, including new medications, the loss of a job, and a move from Tennessee to South Carolina, Ashlee began rebuilding her life in new ways. Through work and personal experience, she discovered something simple but powerful: sometimes what a person needs most is a kind voice and someone willing to listen.
Over time, her journey with mental illness evolved into a disability that required deeper support—therapy, medication management, accountability, and intentional self-care. With the support of her care team, creative outlets, and online communities, Ashlee was inspired to create Woven Connections.
Woven Connections is built on the belief that every life is a thread, woven together strand by strand to create one cohesive fabric. Through compassionate conversation and supportive calls, the goal is simple: to help people feel heard, supported, and a little less alone.
